Curbside pickup extremely dissappointing. Not the first time. Order takes hours to be ready for pickup despite the lot being nearly empty and no one waiting at pickups. The entire process can take a whole day just for one item and is very frustrating considering this location is only a minute away from my house. I've watched my orders get processed nearly instantaneously and show up on a sales rep's handheld soon as I order it online so really there is no reason or excuse for pickup process to be so slow especially considering how empty their lot can be. Honestly, save your time. Order from Amazon or support smaller independent shops. Curbside pickup is really not worth it here.

My first time shopping at this location. I had no issues there were a lot of association hand to help (knowledgeable too, which isn't the case at other locations) the floor could do with a little organizing but could be that they had an influx of shoppers \u200d️ didn't really get what I was looking for but I was still able to something I needed any way

I am very impressed with the customer service extended to me today from the staff of this Home Depot. I dealt with a manager by the name of Andy and he was fantastic. He was able to help me with an issue and it was dine in such a timely manner. I highly recommend this Heartland location.

The process of waiting to receive the item was really long it almost took them half an hour for me to get one item. That for me is to long to grab one item. I know everyone is working their best but then there should be more templayers or something should be different. I have never had to wait that long for a curb side pick, I just wanted to leave at one point because it was getting frustrating.
