From initial consultation on phone to first meeting with my therapist and subsequent counselling sessions everything was very smooth. I was some having anger and anxiety issues and because of this I was going through a difficult period in both my personal and professional life. The therapy helped a lot in identifying the triggers that were causing my problem and developing ways to effectively deal with them. Maureen is a great counsellor with experience in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.Only thing which I didn't liked about this place was the ambiance. This facility is located inside the medical building and hence looks more like a doctor's office. There Brampton facility is nice and more suitable for counselling.

Clients are suitably placed with professionally trained therapists all within a timely manner. No matter what the issue, religious or ethnic background you will always receive utmost care and attention. They provide wonderful services such as individual, Marriage, and Family Counselling and address many needs such as grief, Anxiety, Trauma Recovery, Couple Therapy and Depression management, for all ages. Their offices are easily accessible by car or bus which makes it very convenient for all clients.

I was there for my kids play therapy sessions and I have really seen a big positive change in him from counselling.
