I am not a resident, I visit residents there. Plenty of visitor parking, good location but at expense of higher rent pricing. The design isn't the most wonderful compared to other condo buildings.

It's a good area to live. Mall, Plaza, library, public transportation nearby. Rents are one of the highest in apt buildings but lower than the condos in this area. The common areas are moderately clean. The maintenance staff is also acceptably quick and proficient. What I didn't like - when moved in, the windows and balcony was not clean. The oven range display doesn't work which they refused to replace/fix (to my surprise). There were a few other small issues on moving in which they addressed once highlighted. Most of the units don't have a dishwasher.
Absolutely disgusting. Service and building. Entire front entrance stinks of dog poop. Hallways have no ventilation so you're gagging your way to your unit in 30 degrees. Units are old and falling apart. Pool is old and falling apart. Heater is broken. Filters broken. Better off swimming in Lake Ontario. Two Olga's manage the office. Very mean and hold mail. I started shipping my packages to another residence so I wouldn't have to wait a week to get them. Always very unhappy with their service. They clearly hate the place as much as the tenants. Office is never open during the hours stated (close by 5pm not 7pm) and never open on Saturdays despite signage. Definitely not worth 1 star. There are so many rentals in the city, do yourself a favour and find them.
DO NOT MOVE IN....they are liars in the office...therre are leaks everywhere... everything is old and they think they are smarter than you to fix it. Give them your money so they can buy tractor trailers and electric ladders for their staff to sit and cut the grass. The Staff are very well dressed and happy to live here...not you!!!!
This is the best place I've lived so far. Staff are kind and deliver great service.
