I was happy to find out the Duty tree shops in Terminal 3 were OPEN at 4:30am!! Wow. Apparently they open until 1:00am and re-open at 3:00am! Flying to Mexico, Cancun you can bring 3 bottles of alcohol so I bought pineapple Ciroc, Malibu Rum & some Canadian Whiskey! There was a great selection of items both in the cosmetic gallery and alcohol. Prices were great and being tax free is even better!

I know that COVID-19 had a big negative impact on businesses including this one, but I didn't have any reason to support them. Prices were a lot higher than any Canadian store despite many of the items were on sale. The way the employees behaved and the layout of the place felt like a small vendor in a bus terminal!

There is no smile only, the insolent attitude of command shoppers, the Asian face of the people are not friendly. People of other colors are friendly. checkout clerks are rude. No smiles and no lines. The worst place in Canada is shopping. Can your company train people to be polite to customers? Please hire polite people to serve your clients. It's not pleasant to be served by such a waitress. Return it directly.

Awful service. Just went in there and asked 2 different people a question as I couldn't find a product and the response both times was I don't work in that department find someone else and it was just 2 workers in there. Come on do better than that and cross train staff on the different products especially if you don't have enough staff on duty. Your in the hospitality business and customer service is a given.

Never have enough stock, and I have only had maybe good service, twice, considering I travel twice a week. They have improved the variety of brands but it's no duty free like other international airports. I'll reiterate again that the stock is never available and the service...that's not service, it's dismissive. Really not a good representation of service in Canada in an international airport .

Just be careful this is a cheat customer store. When I pay with my USA dollar Visa they have two options you can choose US DOLLAR or CANADIAN DOLLAR BUT when you return they will only have one option CANADIAN DOLLAR I lost over 20 dollars over my purchase this time. Most products they didn't do duty free *They raised price first and fool people* I would give 0 star if they have.
