I wish I can give 0 stars to this company if I can. Their sales team let you sign a five-year contract without letting you know and increase prices during the contract. If you try to cancel the contract no one responds!!! Customer service said you need to look for a retention department but that department doesn't have a voice mail and answer!! I sent a couple of emails over the last two years and no one replies!!

This company is a professional scam, they lie and even forge your signatures. They don't care about the law, morals etc, they care about how they can rip you off after you agreed to something completely different from what they promise you. You can call them to try to sort this out, they'll immediately put their attorney to try to sue you for as much money as you have. After initial meeting you'll never hear from the rep again, they don't pick up their phone and we know why, scammers don't pick up the phone from their victims. They try to get free advertisement by taking advantage of your space but don't let them get the last laugh, this will keep people's awareness sky high.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I rented a portable toilet for construction. They were never on time for weekly cleanings - in fact I had to call them to get them to come. There were gaps of 3-4 weeks before cleanings at times. Due to this, they offered me a credit. It has been 4 months now, and I still have not received my credit. Rent from somewhere else.
Wish I had read these negative reviews before using Super-Save. The reviews are 100% true. 5 months after ending a one month portapotty rental the invoices keep coming!! All was Paid in Full last year, every line item, surcharge, you name it, all paid! and they won't stop sending random invoices after phone calls and several more emails. I/my org'n have literally been doing business with thousands of companies globally and have never come across such unscrupulous billing practices. Ever.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL. My contract started September 21, 2016 at 54.36, it is now 121.23 as of February 14, 2019. Rates go up regularly, customer service is aweful, office is terrible to deal with. PROOF ATTACHED. Their reasoning? The contract fine print allows them to do so. I'm stuck in the contract.
