I have NEVER been so discouraged or disappointed by a company! Purchased a vacation package to fly out the end of March however it was cancelled I was slated for a full refund when I got word my file had been over looked and I wouldn’t no longer receive a full refund back to payment method. You can put your travel voucher where the sun don’t shine my friend who was travelling has since passed away, my health is failing and the other traveller is 8. I don’t know about others but my family in these unpresidential times sure could use our hard earned money back to survive this recession we are in. And you have the gall to request bail out from the government I hope the request is refused. NEVER again will I use this carrier your customer relations especially from SHAM is just that a sham, I have no idea how SUNWING employees hold their heads up I’d be embarrassed to represent such a company.
