Abundant selection and great service. Stewart is my go to. Breakaway dividers have enhanced the appearance of the store immensely. Installation was a snap, literally. Products remain aligned at all times. Facing up is now an effortless task. Compliments from customers keep coming in. Highly recommended!
Dealt with STM recently regarding our shelving requirement at the Truck Stop. Nitin coordinated everything for us and helped me select the perfect fitting shelves according to our floor plan. The installation was done in a very timely manner and I would recommend dealing with STM for every kind of display needs.
I ordered a display unit from J & J Sales. J & J makes you prepay for your order. The product arrived damaged, and I feel that it could have been packaged a little better, but I'm not sure that it would have prevented the damage in this case, which was due to a forklift. Thankfully, J & J replaced the unit free of charge, despite some hurdles along the way to resolving the situation. Regardless of the vendor you choose, I highly recommend inspecting anything you receive prior to signing off the shipping waybill. All in all, I'm thankful that J & J decided to take responsibility for the damage to the unit and I hope they are able to negotiate some cost sharing with the carrier, Day & Ross, who has so far declined to admit any responsibility, despite the fact that the damage was confirmed to be from one of its forklifts.
I don't normally bother with leaving google reviews...but my experience at j&j display sales was great ! I was in a jam for a custom product that I needed and I was able to get it in 10 minutes ! They stopped what they were working on and took care of me right away The customer service was fantastic! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my store fixtures after my experience there! The pricing and selection can't be beat. The people in the showroom are very experienced , polite and very helpful! Thanks for the great customer service and product I couldn't be happier and definitely be will be back!
