We had our old stair case removed and a new one installed. Amazing service, great quality of work and a truly amazing product. Mississauga Stairs ensured that the project was kept clean during removal and install. Highly Recommend.

Great custom work! The staff was incredible and they got the stairs looking like they are from a multi-million dollar home!
Terrible company that does not stand behind it's product. I ordered a staircase from them and heard a lot of assurances about how dedicated they are to providing an excellent staircase to each customer. When the staircase finally came, they had built it too big and had not kept account of proper clearances under the landings. Additionally, their installers installed the staircase out of level and it noticeably squeaked. When I brought these issues up, they kept giving me the run around. Finally after two weeks I had enough and hired another company to fix the staircase.

Mississauga Stairs & Railings has been established since 1996 manufacturing quality wood stairs that are based on the \Ontario Building Code\ regulations, Combined we share over 50 years of experience, accommodating big home builders & individual home owners. Our procedure is as follows; *consult & or plans sent to us to establish your needs *a written contract detailing, measurement, materials & price *sign contract, & deposit is made *stairs then get put into production *delivery/install or pick up is arranged This ensures that the customer gets what they want & what they ordered. At the time of installation is too late to make any revisions. We can not stand behind a product that has jeopardizes the integrity of safety. Modifications were made at the job site after the stair was produced & we were expected to comply. Not only did he short pay the invoice, leaving us with a hefty balance but to read a review such as this not only shows his lack of knowledge & also his lack of professionalism
