Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered parts once, experience was alright. Went back to order more and was simply shrugged off by the managing sales rep. He stopped answering emails, didnt return calls, nothing. Looking to spend my money at your company yet treated like scum. I would highly recommend Infrarouge Kelvin Inc. out of Montreal. Much better customer service, prices, and experience.
