I recently had my old families VHS tapes converted to .MP4 files for a gift idea, and I must say, I absolutely recommend Soft Touch Video. The final videos came out even better than expected, and the service was very friendly, affordable, and professional. Not only that, but they went out of their way for me to have the files ready in time for Dec 25th. I would rate this business a 6/5 if that was possible.

I got a tape of parents wedding and my first birthday with Soft Touch and the result is fantastic. One of the tapes was ripped and was fixed for free and the rates were reasonable. I highly recommend Soft Touch.

I had about 90 8mm films that I wanted digitized. Mike was the quarterback for this whole process. It was bar none throughly professional . He kept me abreast of the process while it was going on. And, the end product, was excellent.
