Dealt with the Montreal branch a few times in the past with no problem but this year is a totally different ballgame. I needed to have a dehumidifier repaired, so I called them and had to leave a message. In fact, I had to leave at least 5 messages over the course of a week and still no call back from Michel Carrière. Every time I called, he was very busy. Too busy for my business, I guess which I will have to take somewhere else.
