Not entirely sure about the operations end of the organization but their franchises are in abject state of disrepair. Many of their franchises are falling apart, and the employees seem to be struggling to keep pace because they are overwhelmed and dejected because of the working conditions. I would point out in particular their Pharmacy and St. Clair branch as needing extreme renovations, with there being not one but four seperate leaks in the customer ordering line up.
