I had been looking for the Kuat NV 2.0 for a while. Gave the team over at the Mississauga Rack Attack location a call. Things were still curbside but they did an awesome job finding the rack I wanted and pick up was quick and efficient. The rack set up was easy. Already putting it to use. Looking forward to shopping in the store.

Had to get a simple rivet replaced on the main centre rail for my Thule box. Jan and Hussein were friendly, fast and speedy. Took about 10 minutes total!! When I went to pay, they said no worries - it was an easy fix. We've been dealing with Rack Attack for years and have 2 Thule boxes - this place and the staff are awesome....... Highly recommended

Friendly store members and easy transactions. 4 stars as they refused to install the roof ski rack for me and wanted to charge 30 for a 15 minute job. I drove 20 minutes there to pick up the unit to purchase the 400 item. The shipping itself would have cost them more than 30.
