Came in last week you're receptionist with long black hair dressed in all back. I believe her name is Angela at 4505 Dixie RD Mississauga was abrupt, and didn't appreciate the attitude. I tried calling three times. Unfortunately, no one answered reception. It's essential when customers are coming to a place of business and feel welcomed.

mostly all new vehicles very few pre-owned vehicles. i would appreciate if they put the price on vehicle so customers can decide easily.. overall thanks for being there.
This dealership was the BEST I have ever been too. Very upfront , honest and customer service is everything. My sales guy was Rob and he was fantastic. I told him exactly what I wanted and he went through all the specs with me until we came up with something that was perfect for me. The process was seamless from start with my trade in to the finance department to the driving the car off the lot. They even followed up afterwards to make sure I understood the car and still very much liked it. Would 100% recommend them for your next purchase. Also 4 months after having my 2020 BMW 330i I can say I love it as well the performance and handling is unreal especially in these winter times.
WORST EXPERIENCE! Sales staff non collaborative and unresponsive. Without mentioning the name of sales person, he didn't do a great job selling me a pre-owned vehicle, and I had to follow up and chase him rather than him working with me to get me a good deal and close the sale - a good sales person would have known how to take my business! On the other hand, whoever assessed my current vehicle for the trade-in seems to be a smoker and must have had a smoke right before he got into my car - it stunk of smoke when I went after he'd evaluated it. Not the kind of experience you'd expect from a premium brand car dealership. I would strongly recommend to take your business elsewhere!
