It was the best . The Best the best the best everything and everyone the doctor was so great. My 21 mount daughter suddenly from morning had a pain in hand and I really didn't know what to do! The doctor the best he was great he solve the problem so fast . Thank you very much doctor. He was really great experience doctor ️️️

I went in there with my 5 weeks old boy. Except for the wait which couldn’t have been helped because of the COVID situation the experience was great. The doctor answered all my concerns and really took a good look at my baby. Don’t be disheartened by the negative reviews , their service are great!

I would never recommend going to this place ever for your child. Rude receptionist and unprofessional doctors working there with no proper treatment and check up given to child. They just want to complete their task as early as possible without listening to patients concern . They don’t even look at your child for any issues. I clearly mentioned that my child need a regular check up but doctor did not look at my child and just given vaccination. Way of giving vaccination to my 15 month baby was like putting needle vertically as if punching machine . It was feeling helpless for your child. When I asked later on for regular check up , receptionist blaming parents for reminding doctor for doing regular check up. Truly disgusting . I was totally frustrated with the experience I got there for my child . Receptionist was very rude. Someone needs to look into this.

Totally unprofessional. Extremely rude. I was very open and communicated with them. I emailed them to cancel my appointment. She called me 3 times, I stated that my family doctor contacted me and gave me what I needed. (We communicated through email prior) I answered the phone explaining to her that I emailed her already. She said “ummm so your not coming??” I said no, I got the medication I needed for my son as explained in the email. She slammed the phone without saying anything else.

Horrible staff, we called and explained our son was having pain so they told us to come in. Due to covid they require you to call from outside the office for them to let you in. When we did arrive they didn't even let us in to look at him and told us to go to the hospital. Completely unprofessional and not empathic at all.
