I have to agree with previous posts about the rudeness of the receptionists. I've always interacted with them in a positive and polite manner on the phone, and face-to-face. I seem to always be met with some rudeness. Even booking a follow-up visit, they make you feel like it's a nuisance. However, like all the other reviews, the physicians and nurses are absolutely fantastic! They were so personable with my children. I feel very confident in their knowledge, skill, and their care over my children. My daughters were seen by Dr. Zaidi and Nurse Katie. Both my kids got their shots on this visit. And for my daughter to say to me as we left \I'm not afraid of the doctor anymore!\ is a big deal. I'm definitely going to be staying with them for the pediatrician and nursing staff, and not the reception! Thank you Dr. Zaidi and Nurse Katie for your professionalism and kindness. It is evident that you both love your job and are in the right profession!

The problem with this place is the clerical staff. The physicians are great! I let it go since the individual handling my child is NOT the problem but the clerical staff. They really should be reprimanded for the lack of service as they are the FIRST people we interact with. Physicians of this building, you may want to address this issue!

Now I know why they have not many stars... As a mom of newborn I had a pleasure to speak over the phone with Eleonora, such a rude person... While I really need a good word and support I got opposite. Not interested in this place anymore!
