The service at this bike store is excellent! I lost the nut for the pedal of my very old bike and it was quite difficult to find the part. Not only did Pedalinx have the part, they were also very helpful in making sure it was the right part. I would highly recommend their services!
This was my first experience and will definitely be my last. Just visited Derry Rd. location with my partner for 2 simple repairs. Store employee needed assistance from repair man. Immediately given attitude from said repair man about needing parts and how obody has anything\. Neither repair required a part, just knowledgeable hands. He was actually straight-up rude about it. I was made to feel like it was my fault the part I didn't need wasn't in stock. My partner tinkered for about 10 minutes at home and fixed BOTH bikes perfectly. This was a service we were willing to pay a local business for, but all they wanted was to sell us products we didn't need so they could get their margin. We would have happily paid for labour and left a healthy tip. Please don't go here. I won't be ever again.
