Worst Customer Service in the Country! The lady has no respect on a human level, not even to mention customer service. Waste of time! Ended up forfeiting a 250 deposit just not be treated that way. Stay away!

Horrible business! The lady insists that they need to mail in your claim so I’m waiting more than 3 weeks now to get my money. Never answers the phone or returns voicemails. Says she will email you and never does. This place is a joke! The girl sucks at her job, go somewhere else

Worst customer service. The lady at the reception is extremely rude. She has an inability to admit fault when it was clearly her mistake. She’s constantly answering calls and having full on conversations while customers are in the store and waiting. She has no sense of time management and completely disorganized. We had no choice to back out as we paid a non-refundable deposit already. We will never give our money to this company again. Be prepared to wait for over an hour in store and close to 2 months for your products. Sept 10 Nice try of an “apology” response. I asked for one and the lady did not even attempt to say sorry directly to me. Of course my husband is amicable and respectful. Sadly, we will never return.

Since 2012 this clinic has been my go to for my shoes, socks and orthotics for me and my family. Excellent service and great selection of products! They are very, very patient and helpful and always take the time to fully explain even when they are busy. I have referred at least 12 of my coworkers and friends over the years and all are happy with the service. I live in Oakville now but still go there for my supplies. I recommend them highly.

I live 10 minutes from this clinic and i went about a month ago with my family and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Even though they were busy, the receptionist took the time to explain everything several times to me and my wife. I really appreciate the patience as this is the first time using my benefits. I didn't even know some of the coverage i had until the receptionist tell me that i should call my insurance before i buy anything. I was thinking i didn't have coverage for the shoe insoles, but i did. I also got my full refunds so i didn't pay anything from my pocket. Thanks very much.

The perfect place to get orthotics, works like a charm. This is my 3rd orthotics from them over the last 4 yrs. I could never get a comfortable orthotics at my previous orthotics place but had to buy them anyway since I need orthotics for my suction cup feet. What I like about this clinic is that they will remake or modify the orthotics if its not a good fit even 6 month later at no charge. Great service!
