Very disappoint with the ultrasound technician. During ultrasound the lady is lack of work work ethic. I have been here four time for my ultrasound and two of the times are the same technician who not just picked up her personal phone call during the ultrasound and casually talking in very long time with the foreign language and also play the foreign language news on the computer with loud volume during ultrasound in the room.

My wife booked an appointment through the app. It went through and received a confirmation email in 2 days and also a phone call. The place is clean. All high touch areas are sanitized frequently. The lady who did the ultrasound for my wife was very patient and took her time with the scan. Front desk staff are also friendly. One thing to note that blood work is not done at this place.

Wow Arrived 7:21 AM Person with a disability. Waiting Outside of closed facilities. I know because they open at 8am and other worker was in vehicle next to me eating breakfast. Gold Honda. There is check in website listed on exterior wall not a paper sign but actual lighted sign. I utilize this website/application and check in at 7:35 am it ask me to upload requisition and fill in COVID form says I am in que I enter building at 751 am worker says she has never heard of ontdc.ca or check in app and even states why would you check in through app?? Uhm okay. She can not find my personal information and says ecg need appointment. Centralized phone line I called last week to set appointment stated no need for appointment for both. Now Im being told ecg needs appointment. I would like a recording of call pulled where phone rep states no appointment needed for both. So now my information is sent to God knows where, head office calles the worker while Im sitting there it was a female speaking with a female and with 4 other people in waiting this receptionist discussed situation so loudly that other patrons can hear my sensitive information. How unprofessional I Am a persona with a disability who just experience credit card fraud and now your workers dont know where my information is that I have entered into a website listed on your building. Mind you I have not been seen. I don't feel safe in this location and have to leave. Terrible Racist Service. Also while on the phone loudly in waiting where other clients were. My information and the matter I emailed about being shamed by worker for complaining. Worker stated to person on phone\ she said she is going to complain about me Im a nice person\ Imagine being so entitled you dismiss a person with a disability issues. Shame on you!

The lady in the reception (veiled sitting on the left) was extremely rude!!!! The guy at the door took my temperature then asked me to go to the lady at the window. First of all she started talking to me without looking at me at all!!! NO HI NO nothing, She is wearing a mask, off course I didn’t know where the sound is coming from so I was looking around as the place was noisy, she asked me “WHY ARE HERE??!!!” knowing she had my requisition in her hands, I told her for the XRAY “she rolled her eyes” saying I know but why?? I am sure there is a better way to ask that, since I work in healthcare and I understand that she is not anything near professional. I felt humiliated with way I was handed!! . The technician that did the X-Ray was very professional and nice. Never going to this place again, the reception lady ruined my day.

I have had a few tests done by Ghada who was my technician. She was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. This location is fairly new and was fast in booking (which normally takes months elsewhere) and the results are quick. They are abiding by the Covid19 rules and keeping the premisses clean and social distancing is in place. I strongly recommend this place.
