I was really frustrated finding the perfect dress for my wedding. And I had gone to a few fittings and didnt find that wow! ahhhh! moment the customer service was not like (covid) not good, I remembered Nina collection Boutique, been around for over 25years they are a staple in the community. 3rd generation. I google them and I when I called the most welcoming voice was able to get an appointment the next day. Anna was so welcoming and patient, kind, fashion ester, and she catered to what I wanted in price rang, style, and they had a variety to choose from, I was so please and was treated so kind.one of my best experience ever! I will recommend NINA'S COLLECTION BOUTIQUE TO EVERY ONE.

After being told by David's Bridal that their bridesmaid dresses take 22 weeks to arrive, which means the dress would get here until a month after the wedding, my bridesmaid and I were in a bit of a panic. She found Nina's through a Google search, called, and was told they could see us in 20 min. They also had most of the dresses in stock, in various colors and sizes. The service was amazing, Anna is a wonderful and a very helpful person. We found an amazing dress, and it is going to be ready in 2 weeks! Thank you Anna for all your help!

I have to share this experience, because it was the worst experience of my life in regards to customer service. I will never forget a few years back I was shopping for a dress for prom, and I wanted to take a picture to send it to my dad, because he was paying for it. Nina said no pictures allowed, come back with your dad. I live in King City and it was so inconsiderate and inconvenient of her to say that. It was disgusting and rude. Quality of dresses didn’t even impress me. Im sorry, but it is nothing special. Due to that and her customer service i did not ever consider coming back.
