I have been doing three IUI cycles with the center. The stuffs are very kind, but I couldn't get enough advice from my doctor. Seems like everyone has to follow the same process and doctor doesn't really care about whether each individual has any different conditions that might need some other additional tests or help. No matter with the questions I asked, always couldn't get a clear answer from my doctor. If just give the answer on \luck\ than I can say the same thing. Disappointed. Giving a suggestion to the people if you are over 30 and look for help from a fertility center, it's better looking for other clinics instead of this center.

My only complaint is that it took me 3 days to book my first appointment (they are a very busy place). BUT: I felt very safe and secure at NewLife during my first appointment. Every staff member I interacted with (from blood work to getting my ultrasound) were very friendly and caring. Although I couldn't complete my first investigative cycle, I am looking forward to attempt #2 because of the level of care I received from NewLife Fertility Centre.

Doctors are nice and knowledgeable, but nurses are so careless and they forget lots of things about your treatment. It is like they don't communicate between each other. You have to be prepare to do lots of research in advance to know what to ask for, other wise they won't tell you anything. They leave you in dark. I recommend to do your own work and be familiar with the process before going there. Otherwise, you will be in very stressful situation for not knowing what to do or what is the next step. By the way, the Mississauga location is very crowded it is like COVID is gone.
