The staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating and are always available by phone or email, even during these particularly trying times, to assist you with any concerns and challenges you are experiencing. MNP really does make you feel like you are in good hands with your finances and provide you with credit counselling and direction on how to get back on your feet. I truly feel I made a great choice choosing MNP.

I felt hope after my first meeting with Ximena Carrasco. She was professional and informative, ensuring I understood all of my options before proceeding. Now that I have made the decision to file a consumer proposal and no longer have to worry about several never-ending credit card payments, I have a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders.
