Fantastic customer service. Excellent prices and good quality, as well as a wide selection of many items. Was helped by Brian, who was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right boots for my job. He also set me up with the product I would need to keep my boots waterproof and in good working order, and explained how to use it. 5/5, will definitely be going back again.

Hi everyone, I would like to express my admiration to the neatness, Professionalism and Strong Customer Service of the store manager (Arlene). I bought my safety shoes couple of times from this Mississauga store and she was very helpful, smiling, easy going and knowledgeable of everything with a very good suggestions. I went back today to this Mississauga store even though I have moved to Burlington and the distance has become 47 kilometers but I drove all that distance to meet Arlene, her amazing staff and get the best customer service as usual. I could have driven only 12 kilometers to Mr.Safety Shoes in Stoney Creek but I love the Mississauga store for sure and will keep going back and back with no offence to any other locations of Mr.Safety Shoes. Very happy with the service, quality and prices as well. I would like to thank Mr.Safety Shoes for having a wonderful associates working at their location in Mississauga(1250 Eglinton Avenue East) and specially their store manager Arlene. Keep up the good work guys.

This was a great place to go and get shoes for work. Make sure you look online at their selection first so you have an idea of what you want before you get there as it makes it easier. Customer service was friendly, helpful and patient while helping find a good insole and shoe. I bought the shoe spray and got free laces! Joey was helping me while I was there and he was really knowledgable and easy going, I felt like he had the customers best interest in mind. Overall great experience.
