Had my recall service done here on Mar 1st, 2021. Check in and out was flawless. Had to wait a couple of hours for the service to be completed. No worries anyway, however it would have been better if they were offering a shuttle service as most of the other dealerships are offering that service. I understand Covid and everything but.... Overall experience was great though hence the 5 stars.

I hate to take back the 5 stars I gave 2 years ago but my experience yesterday was less than ideal. Booked a recall repair appointment and was not warned there would be no waiting room or shuttle service. I understand Covid restrictions, but if other dealerships can make accommodations or at the very least warn their customers... so can KIA. I strongly suggest that this dealership work on their customer service skills, including letting customers know at least an estimated time they can get their car back. It’s the middle of winter, leaving someone outside in the cold is not a decent thing to do.

In my search for a new car I called Mississauga Hyundai, I got no response. That was one week ago. I started searching for a Kia Stinger and came across Mississauga kia. Gerald, the sales associate was extremely helpful and attended to all my requests. Gerald made my experience very positive when making such an important and expensive purchase.
