Great place to buy any Pain management device . Bought a TENS machine for my grand Mother and the staff called my grand mother and helped her to set up the machine so she can use it. Which is very appreciative. Thank you guys
This is my go-to store for Phsyio supplies! I ordered the heat packs and the tens machine a while ago and I really like the quality of the products! The website is very user-friendly so it's easy to order online. Will highly recommend this place!! :)
This place is a real disappointment and employs unethical business practices that are borderline scamming. The manager of this place cannot be trusted. I asked my brother to order a bath bench for me along with his other purchases right before Christmas as gift. The chair ordered was supposed to be a single bath bench by itself, black in color. When he went to pick it up, he was given a bath bench with transfer, grey in color by the manager of this place. A totally different product that was never ordered and also it does not work well in a bath tub. Of course this was not obvious as it was in a box. We only found out of the switch when we tried to put it together. Before we placed the order, we had asked this particular manager if he had this product. He answered yes even though he knew that he did not have the one we wanted. Instead he has an undesired product. So he decided to get rid of this product from his warehouse instead. The manager was contacted the next day and he promised to order the right one for us and that we would get a phone call by Dec 24. That was Dec 23. Today is Jan 4, not only that we didn't get any call, we didn't even get a reply when we tried to contact him. It does not look like we are going to get the product exchanged to the right one. We are stuck with a useless product. This is like a third world practice, right here in Canada. If you are contemplating purchasing products from this place, know that once money left your credit card, you are at the mercy of this unethical businessman.
Absolutely loved the service. 10/10 for professionalism and product quality. Will definitively recommend this place for anyone looking to buy medical equipments.
