Poor customer service. Ordered something on Sat, their website and confirmation email indicate that I'll receive an email once package is shipped out. I never got the email and emailed customer service. I had to follow up twice and got a response saying that package was already delivered. No explanation about missing confirmation or anything. Should work on their customer service and communication style.
Great customer service and sales team! My table was a custom made table, the product was manufactured and delivered within their estimated time. Table came in perfect condition! Very happy with the service.
I have always had excellent service in every experience with Medelco and I have been a customer since 2002. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending for all your equipment needs!
Product is good and price is also competitive but the service is very slow. Representatives are very lazy to address to concern.
