I’m happy with my experience. Messenger help was also nice. They were able to let me know what was available. Happy that is close for pick up!! Not sure about prices, but so far I matched with some vendors and I’m happy I didn’t have to go far. Keep up the good work!Thank you and hopefully my experience doesn’t change! Purchased a few baking pans. After I washed it I was about to bake a cake. When I poured batter in it I noticed a silver colour. When I poured out the batter and wiped the pan I noticed there is a metallic colour coming off which looks like coating. I contacted costumer service and person was very rude. Told me that there’s residue left which should have been cleaned by manufacturer and advised me how to clean it. So what would have happened if I didn’t notice and baked it?! Customer service was very unfriendly saying they will not send me a new one though it's manufacturers fault not have cleaned the pan thoroughly. As well saying We sell commercial grade product made in Canada ( Crown metal spinning in Etobicoke) , direct from the manufacture. You have used the pan so we cannot resell it. There is no restocking fee. You can purchase another pan elsewhere if you like , however Crown metal spinning is the only company in Canada that makes cake pans . So anything else is an imported product that you would not really know were it was made, what grade of materials or how.
My first time ordering from this place and it wasn't as smooth as I thought it would be. Received an email around 8:30am that my order was ready for pick-up a week after ordering only to arrive a few hours later to have them picking my order as I waited. It was a good thing I checked my order before leaving because they forgot an item. Had to wait for 3 people ahead of me to get served before I could speak to someone again. Not to mention this was a good 20 minute wait as one of the customers orders infront of me was also screwed up! Then i notice my bank statement says I was charged for an item that wasn't in stock but forget trying to call and get someone on the phone - good luck! The off chance you do get someone they are rude when answering questions and just sound like they hate life. As for someone named Kim, she never replies to her emails even when you ask for acknowledgement. I was considering taking a baking class here but after this experience I think I will look elsewhere. The only reason they deserve a 1 star rating is because the prices and products they sell are worth the hassle but I am sure there are other places out there.
