Great Corporate Law firm. William Marks assisted me with the purchase of a new business for a restaurant. Fees were very reasonable and he patiently answered all of my questions. He returns calls and e-mails on the same day which is rare these days. He handled everything including the transfer of the liquor licence and insured that I was legally protected. Lawyer was very knowledgeable and it was obvious that he is an expert in purchasing businesses. He is a very aggressive negotiator in terms of getting me the best deal and terms with respect to the negotiation and completion of my Asset Purchase Agreement.
