Me and my family set up a birthday party before covid started costing us a good amount. we put the down payment and way before everything started happening. Due to what was going on we were no longer able or allowed to throw the party . we asked for a refund even though we know he's fully being compensated because the government had plans and ways to help people who lost out during these times they refused to credit us our money back
