Mike and his team are excellent professionals who walk the talk and deliver high quality work, as promised! I contacted Mike to build a wall in my condo so I could sell with an extra room. I couldn't have been more pleased with the final results! The wall addition was seamless due to the high quality its construction. Both Mike and the contractor that built the wall were very patient with me and answered all my questions. The contractor was very considerate of my home and make sure to protect the furniture and appliances in his work area. He worked very quickly and efficiently! I was also very impressed that Mike took the time check-in with me each day, letting me know what was done on the day and what to expect next. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Mike and his team for any home renovations!

We hired Mike to construct a main floor 600 sqft family & living rooms addition and do a complete kitchen renovation last summer. We also previously used his service in 2019 to renovate our master and second floor bathrooms. The bathrooms were gutted and completely renovated. With the main floor addition, Mike organized all the necessary drawings for the building permit, then manage construction with his team and other sub-trades for footing, framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, siding, roof, etc. Despite the suppliers are struggling getting materials during this Covid pandemic as well as the delays that are out of control and the safety protocols that Mike set out for the workplace everything went out very smoothly. I was most impressed that little things like a caulking, touch ups, etc. would be corrected even without us having to say anything. We can confidently say that M & D Builders is the best design build company we have worked with and will always be our to go contractor I have already recommended Mike to friends and would recommend him to anyone.

Mike and his team of contractors were great to work with. They helped us remodel the existing kitchen to create an open concept layout, including 3D and 2D drawings of the proposed new layout and choice of building materials. They also installed new flooring and light fixtures in the living/dining areas and new countertops in the bathrooms. Mike coordinated all the various contractors and stages of renovations to keep on schedule and budget. He made sure we were informed and satisfied with the work throughout the process, even after the project was completed. He worked with us to address and resolve any concerns we had. The crew were friendly and kept a tidy workspace. We moved into the house halfway through the renovations and they were courteous and respectful of our presence in these covid times. I recommend M & D Buildings for any home renovations.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with M&D Builders. The company representative, Mr Messiha, guided me through the building permit process in Mississauga. His team was able to produce professionally engineered drawings that supported a ground-floor renovation. This renovation comprised a new vaulted ceiling, a new opening between a living room and kitchen space and other miscellaneous modifications. Mr Messiha was particularly effective and first-rate. He ensured that communication was clear, timely and concise. I appreciated all of his efforts and would highly recommend him for any future projects. Thanks again M&D Builders for your help.

M & D Buildings did an amazing renovation on the main floor of our house. From the first time we met to discuss the scope of our project, Mike went above and beyond to make sure we both had a clear understanding of what we wanted so that he could properly quote the project. Mike was very attentive to our needs, always returned calls and answered texts making sure ALL our questions were answered. Once the renovation started, the team worked hard and paid very close attention to detail, and checked in periodically with questions and presented good ideas. The team finished the renovation one week ahead of schedule and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! We couldn’t be happier with our new flooring, brand new kitchen, brand new staircase and the best part - an opening between our dining and living rooms. Every last detail was taken care of. Each day the team worked long hours and were very tidy - leaving my house, which we lived during the renovation, very tidy and clean. I highly recommend this contractor - you won’t be sorry!
