I honestly rate Larlyn 3.5 stars. I don't think Laryln is terrible but due to circumstances on their end we have gone through several property managers and at one point our emails were not being responded to or actioned at all. However, when Mike took over he took things into his hands and promised that things would get better and THEY DID! Our emails are finally being actioned and he placed our building in the care of Khalid who has done his utmost to address our concerns in a timely manner. Caring for our building is no easy feat but Khalid is doing a good job in keeping up with our concerns. Things do take time but I do appreciate that he prioritizes our concerns and does what he can within his power to get things done. I have no doubts that after the years we had that with Khalid on our team he will make sure we have a productive year and can turn that 3.5 can turn to a 5 star!

I own a unit in this building at 208. I am so glad and happy to share my feelings and comments about the services. the property manager Mike is awesome. He is handy and responsive. He infact cares about the owners and tenants in the building. I had approached him a few times and got what I wanted. I also want to make a comment about the super, Adrian. He is in the building always. I have never seen him without cleaning the building in and out. Very good hearted person. Cares about us in the building. Whenever, we need help, just pick up the phone, he is there for us. Great man! continue with your serivces.
