Called KMM by chance to see if they can get parts for my ski doo (royal and the dealer couldn't get me what I needed), and I am extremely happy that I did. Doug got me everything I needed in 2 days. No problem. Explained everything including tips on how to properly fix my project. The type of service you experience here is what the industry is missing. Will be my first call here on out. Doug always gives best advises! I did my filter and oil change before winter (a month ago)! During that same time, my battery was not working well and Doug spent time to discuss with me on the pros and cons. I don’t think any other shops would ask you to wait because they’d want your money first! Doug always goes extra miles and makes sure your bike is ready and safe to ride, so I have full confidence being on the road as well!!! I could't find any other reason to not go back!!!
KMM is by far the best place to go for anything related to our ATVS. Me and 4 other buddies all trust our Yamaha Raptor 700's with them and only them. They make ordering parts, brakes or anything we may need a breeze, and always on time. Doug is by far the best, he's always willing to help out no matter how busy they may be, and can always provide the expertise needed when it comes to machines. We simply took our Raptor to have him look at some issues and despite being super busy he was able to help fix our Raptor 700 with a great attitude and many helpful tips. Been too many Yamaha dealers but no one compares to the expertise and honesty of these people. Highly recommend.
I met with Doug today to have my Yamaha safetied. He is very personable and knowledgeable. The process was quick and Doug took the time to show me the shop and introduce Peter. I’d recommend KMM to anyone.
My bike (Honda vtx) was misfiring and took many shops and had spent over 1000 but the problem stayed the same. One of friends recommended him and I took my bike to him. The moment he heard the noise, he identified the issue of carbonater being blocked, he is a extremely good and faired price mechanic. I highly recommend everyone who has issues with their machinery, give him a visit and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Doug and Peter.
