I use Kindersley for all of my West-bound shipments. Great pricing, quick service and amazing customer service. Website Quoting tool is easy to use, and the customer service team is always super helpful and lightening fast on their responses. Kim helped me today in helping get an ETA for a shipment, and responded within an hour of me sending the email. 5 star service!

the Drivers are good and Friendly but the Lady dispatcher is very arrogant and lazy to answer (doesn't explain why it happens). I have no respect with that lady. I asked a question for clarification but she's so impatient to me. I booked a pick up with them almost everyday but that's what i've got with that ** lady. I will just gonna use other company every shipment i've got going West coast- from very angry Logistic coordinator

They lost my package took them a while to find it but they found it and shipped it back to my location. Kind of an inconvenient service. Feels behind in the times. I prefer to use purolator for the simplicity and reliability. And also purolator depots are much easier to get to.

Unreliable service, wost customer service, terrible system. This is not the first time we ship with KPL, but their account system was terribly organized between dispatch and CS. Response email for BOL was never on time, and never advice customer how to proceed. We had to quit them and ended up using another shipper. We tried to set up an account with them, for 2 times, never got any feed back. We regret ever using KPL, and would NEVER recommend using them.
