I have used Kimbel for a cabana project which required screens and shutters. the project was not easy and needed much detail and co-ordination during the building process Kimbel was there to guide us through and ultimately the build and addition to their screens and shutters were a success also, when we required service or a repair they were on top of it and came out to take care of my client. very happy with the product and service.

Good product - great solution for a lane way entrance. Unfortunately the post install customer service was non-existent. One sensor broke a few months after install and after several calls and emails, I had to find the replacement parts on ebay.
