Awesome food and service. Take out orders are always on point. Never had any difficulties in regards to dine in or even ordering over phone or online. They always remember their regular customers and small details about our requests and needs. Staff members are friendly and efficient. They are very strict about COVID-19 precautions. Will recommend it to all my friends and family.
Amazing Indian vegetarian food. One of the few authentic Indian places. A real gem. The rubddi dessert is delicious. It also has a lot of variety in vegetarian foods. From north indian, south indian dishes, mumbai street food dishes...Very impressed by the food. Didn't miss chicken while I was there which speaks to how good their vegetarian food is.
Am soo impressed by the customer service and a great deal offered by this restaurant, special credit to their manager Abhinav Aggarwal who went above and beyond to give us a great deal for our party. Ours was a catering order for 45 people for a party at a park. We walked in their Brampton branch to inquire about it and in the first instance itself Abhinav gave us a great prices per plate and threw in Chef in dishes and a server as a part of the deal who would remain with us for 4 hours of the party to set up. This is what made us go with Kailash Parbat and don't even get me started with the taste of the food - it was just delicious and all the guests asked us the name of the place we catered from. Amazing work Kailash Parbat, you guys are doing a great job. Thank you Abhinav and I would definitely recommend Kailash Parbat to our friends and family for their event.
We live in Scarborough and do not mind the drive for a quality of food we enjoyed in the past. Much against the will during Pandemic, I took my kids last friday after making reservations. I was startled to see absolute absence of distancing norms. We were given a patio well distanced and so we were happy. My kids are 13 and 9 and despite requesting for very mild spice, they brought food which was super spicy by even Indian standards for me. I brought this to the attention and the manager seemed to be there. Neither did he offer to change the menu nor did he show any remorse or say even sorry despite watching my 13 and 9 yr old due to excessive spicy food. It was spicy for even an Indian adult like me who has acclimatized fairly well in having such dishes. There was another gentleman who got us yogurt to cool off the spice. When we come to Indian restaurant, we come prepared and understand sometimes that orders get mixed up. We are used to having a better service and not wrong in expecting the same here. A great example of how to turn off a customers !
