We have been using JEM for a few years at multiple locations for Storage Mart and have never been unhappy with the results. They are always polite, professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
I used JEM last year and the service was great. I had them come again this year to clean the windows and eaves, unfortunately they just had their trucks rust proofed and oil ended up all over my newly coated driveway. The owner James dealt with the situation personally and immediately. He came twice to clean the driveway and in the end he had it resealed within a couple of days. He and his company is very professional, very loyal and dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend JEM Window Cleaning.
