Just went to this store over the weekend before the lock down and purchased a few men's t-shirts/tanks. The customer service was impeccable. The Manager Loana helped us with finding everything we needed. I probably ended up purchasing more than I even needed but was very happy with everything that I got. She went above and beyond to make sure she found us sizes, colors and styles that I needed. I was blown away by how helpful she was. Almost never find that in retail these days. Definitely recommend checking this location out. Always well stocked as well.

I've just made recent purchases at jack jones square one, on sale: 40% off discount I bought two hoodys, a black cotton bomber jacket, boxers socks. Excellent customer service by associates Seymour Kara. They went above beyond, I'm extremely satisfied, I will continue to make future purchases. I highly recommend this location.

My experience here was very pleasant. The customer service I received was amazing, from helping with fitting, questions I had and even the conversations had with the customer service representative. You never know how you'll be treated as a customer in a place you've never been before, I came in unsure of what to get and what experience I'll have but I left with a smile and what I was looking for. I was looking for stretchable khakis for work and was able to find them here. The store was clean and well organized, it was very easy to find what I was looking for. Overall my experience here was pleasant and I will definitely be going back again.

First time customer today! I was shopping for our 17 year old son who is very particular about what he wears. Within the first 5 seconds of entering the store, Trevor knew that I needed assistance with getting to know the brand, their styles and their fit. My first visit was an absolute success and I went home with two complete outfits and a jacket for our son. Trevor gave me great guidance when it came to the denim, the T-shirts, flannel and the trendy layering that is all the rage now. TBH I’m a GM for a Canadian legacy women’s wear brand and I was floored and impressed by the service and friendliness that Trevor offered me. Jordan, the MOD was amazing too. He actually ran to the back to show me a picture of himself with the half hoodie/half denim jacket on. I showed a pic to our son and it was a GO. Thank you fellas for the amazing experience. Jack & Jones is now our GO-TO store for our son. My husband will probably appreciate the selection, quality and prices too.
