I had an amazing experience. Everything went smoothly from registration up to picking up the results. Staff are approachable, professional and very efficient.

The ielts test is supposed to start around 9am and finished around 12:30. I am ok if there are 15 -20 minutes extended. BUT. It finished after 1:30! An hour extended. What the heck? Way unprofessional! Never pick this location.

So i just gave ielts exam yesterday and the lady who was reading all the instructions took forever to read them. She clearly doesn’t know english and it’s so weird that she is working in ielts. Exam was supposed to start at 9:00 AM sharp but just because she didn’t know how to read, exam started at 9:25. Worst examination experience
