Good for kids
My partner and I went to the Thai Couples cooking evening to celebrate my 30th birthday. We really enjoyed the entire process and would highly recommend it. We were greeted warmly at the door, the service all around was exceptional. The drinks/cocktail menu was delicious, and the cooking process with Chef Mike was outstanding. He taught us in a light-hearted, kind, and knowledgeable way. We picked up new knife skills (Chef Mike's and Chef Ethan's are incredible) that have changed how we operate in the kitchen! The food we created was delicious, and each of the 3 courses were taught in simple steps that we can recreate at home. We will definitely be back for future evenings! Thank you.

Terrific hands on classes in a professional kitchen with all necessary social distancing and safety protocols. Really enjoying developing better skills and how to improve my cooking more. A wide variety of skill sets in the class but we all get there at the end. Fun (and delicious!) outcomes.
My son just attended a week cooking camp. His words - it’s the best camp I have done. He had such a fab week, thanks chef! He learned knife skills, chopping, cooking, cleaning. He polished all his food that he struggles to bring scraps home for us to taste. He’s going back!
Just completed the 8 week cooking course and it is life changing. Chef Anthony is a real joy to learn from. Over the 8 weeks I learned how cut properly, cook steak, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes and several other things. This class is very hands on and you will learn so many techniques to cook delicious foods that you will be proud of just like they do at the restaurant. Like I said it is very hands on so you will be doing most of the cooking with the chef to guide you. The classes are small so you will get a lot of one on one time with the chef. I will be back for the speciality classes like Indian cuisine and others. I cannot stress enough how much I learned from this course. I highly recommend it to everyone regardless of their skill set.

Phenomenal and fun experience. Chef Anthony leads an exciting and engaged environment that will keep you coming back for more. I received the Basic Knife skills class as a gift this past holiday season and booked the remaining classes in the 8 week program within minutes of getting home that evening. Anthony's vibrant and fun personality is infectious and his knowledge will exceed your expectations. These classes awoke a passion for the kitchen not only in myself but in many if not every other student in my group. I learned far more than I expected and the result has been life altering. I look forward to cooking every chance I get and make sure I practice as much as I can and most of all I truthfully miss the time at Culinaria every Monday night. One of the best parts of this program is learning how to shop and save as well as produce a truly 5 star restaurant style meal without the stress of breaking the bank or your patience. Oh and the Duck Fat. Man oh man the duck fat. Looking forward to new classes and curriculum and to getting back here as soon as possible.
