Don't even bother calling this agency, everyone is extremely rude and they'll just waste your time
Very careless operation - at least with their biggest client. I've been told multiple times I will be contacted to rectify a misunderstanding about pay since I was not paid for my time. I trusted Connie's word countless times and have never been contacted. She can't even remember my name right after she asks me for it. I've even passed the time limit to go to the labour board by trusting someone will return my call and understand where I'm coming from. Sad to see a business of this size not caring about their main asset--DRIVERS! I was kust giving them a chance to redeem themself. Too bad. Ill be sure not to use their services once I need drivers for my company.
Connie keeps asking for my name every time I call to ask a question. She won't answer your question until you give her your name. Why does she need to know the person's name in order to answer a question? It's just a question. This place is suspicious. Also she says pay stubs will be mailed, I don't know if I should believe that. I read the bad reviews here and I see people are getting screwed out of their pay, I hope they contacted the Ministry of Labor and not let it slide.
