I attended First Aid /CPR training with a young instructor called Abdallah. I cannot overstate his calm and reassuring demeanor, professionalism and knowledge of the subject matter. He answered all the participants' questions in a thorough manner. He went from one topic to another with ease and he was very organized. He was always approachable and very reassuring, no matter what questions were asked or how long it took participants to grasp some of the concepts. He showed a thorough knowledge of the subject matter and taught it with confidence. We breezed through the class :)

Good experience, glad I did it. The instructor, Eglou, (probably spelt wrong), was easy to follow along and very good at explaining things.
