I've been a customer with HD Telecom for many years (as early as when they first started I think) and never had any issue. Today I was having a connection issue, my modem was not working properly so I called the support line and the tech answered the phone within 2 minutes. Problem was resolved quickly and he was very nice. Greatest internet provider I've ever had.

Great value for internet service compared to the traditional service providers. The TV channel packages are good too. There have been some technical glitches with the service (access to the network and account login) but those were dealt with quickly by their support desk, even on Christmas Day.
