As we all know, in the Equestrian Field, Greenhawk has a WONDERFUL selection of products for our Horses and Dogs, however the sign of a GREAT company is their Customer Service. In my opinion, Greenhawks's Customer Service rates 10 STARS!!!!!!!!! Thank You Greenhawk

Came in to get a customized leather dog collar and was impressed with the amazing customer service. All of the girls in there were so nice and helpful! Greeted as soon as I walked in the door and took me to what I was looking for. Super impressed with the time and care I was given to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great smiles go a long way during the hustle and bustle of the holidays! Thanks ladies!

If I could give them a negative rating I would! Worst customer service ever. Items sold from backorder without telling the customer. I do not want to wait 2-3 weeks on the off chance someone in a store on the other side of the country will actually fulfill my order, particularly as we approach the busy holiday season. Manager was incredibly rude and laughed at my request to return the items I no longer wanted because they had made such a hash of the order. Do you think laughing helps this situation? I am not paying to return an order you guys screwed up. I was one of many people who phoned in angry at their terrible service. I feel for the people working the phones - you have the worst job right now!!!!
