DEWINDER AND SEEMA ARE SKETCHY. There is a reason why there is only less than 10 reviews here. The lack of communication and service from Dewinder and Seema are appalling. This is my dream wedding reception. I am in love with the interior and the convenience of the hotel attached to the reception but it is impossible to book here. Management is unreliable and extremely difficult to get a hold of. When we met with Dewinder for a venue tour. He seemed very cool, personable and professional. He told us that there were no restrictions in terms of food, number of guests, space and a minimum for a deposit was 500. What?! Amazing! But totally unheard of since a lot of the other banquet halls ask for 20%-25% deposit. We thought we hit the jack pot but when something is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE in generally always is. This is where it gets sketchy. He said he would email us the wedding packages but never did. It's been OVER 2 weeks. Why doesn't this banquet hall have wedding packages readily available to hand out to clients? I don't know.. We've called the secretary and she said she will tell Dewinder to email us the info. But never heard from him. We called Seema on her personal cellphone, she told us the exact same thing that she would email us but never did. I am starting to wonder how they manage to keep this reception hall in business with the lack of professionalism. And with so many weddings that took place here, why is there only less than 10 reviews? Hmmm...

Attended my friends wedding it was a very nice experience. i got mesmerized with the Victorian architecture and design, food was amazing, its very convenient because of the attached hotel you can just walk through from the inside going to the hall. everything was so perfect!

The food and service is amazing here had several work holiday parties and each one has been a blast. The place has great, very royal ballroom, friendly staff and excellent bar tending,love the Radisson hotel attached is very convenient for after party stay, highly recommend this place.
