An amazing experience! My girlfriend took quite a bit of family gold to get assessed. We worked with Simon who was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, as it was our first time selling gold. I recommend this place to anyone who is cautious of this industry. They use a calculator and chemical testing to see the quality of the gold, so there isn't any worry of debating back and forth on prices. You can also use their online calculator. I will definitely be back!
