This company will damage your property or your neighbour’s and refuse to fix it. I recently completed a roofing project with George Kent through Rona. I spent 8,000 on this project. During the roofing, my neighbour noticed damage to his windshield and found a nail from the roof near his car. This company refused to cover the damage and stated that they are absolutely sure the nail didn’t cause this damage (what are they CSI? This is complete nonsense). Their representative told me if I wanted to I could pay to fix my neighbour’s windshield from my own pocket. Their representative was rude and argued with me for 15 minutes while I was in clinic seeing patients (making those patients wait even longer in the middle of this Covid pandemic). I also luckily found two nails on my driveway before I pulled my cars in. Or else, I would’ve had flat tires which this company would’ve likely refused to replace. Also, we were promised that we would receive a 12 months no interest no payment plan for this project if we put this on a Rona card. However, when we got our first Rona credit card statement this turned out to be false and Rona refused to honour this contractor’s false advertising. Bottom line: they will lie to get your business and they will damage your or your neighbour’s property and refuse to take ownership or fix it.

Stay away from this place! What a disaster experience. Bad patio door install (Oct 2018) to start with and despite repeated visits they cant figure out what is wrong. Alignment of the two doors totally off and in winter air draft from the bottom of the door. Broke a piece of plastic and Maria promised to order and get back in April 2019. No response for 6 months and they call now to get the money and close the case. Zero customer care and Manager/owner Paul laughs at your frustration and complaints. Says he doesn't care about money and cares about customers. Meanwhile charging my CC in the background. Overall a very frustrating and bad experience. Would never recommend anyone to waste their time and money here. Very disrespecting to customers!

I signed a contract on March 31st for windows under the assurance that fulfillment would be between 6-8 weeks. While we had our windows measured, we have received no other helpful information. Despite proactively calling, your company has been unable to answer any questions, only that you are "behind" blaming the manufacturer, but not giving me the information to follow up with the manufacture (who by the way said they were fulfilling orders well beyond my contract date). I'm extremely disappointed with the false promise of on-time fulfillment when we were signing the contract given that your office said you were already months behind in fulfill and only now installing orders made in February. I would have expected you to be more forthcoming. It looks like I'm not the only one who was duped. There are others on reviews with similar stories. You can't just blame the manufacturers or the government. If you were already behind in March, you cannot promise on-time delivery. You could've handled this much better. You cost me my time and lost opportunity which a refund does not resolve. I can only hope that you will at least stick to your work on a full refund.

I am really satisfied with team. I came in contact with George and Kent through RONA. They did Windows installation for me. Initial installation done by Harvey. Great work done by him very considerate, listened to my concerns and gave good suggestions. The installation was done by Jesus and team, very professional. Came and did a quick and smooth installation. Let me know of the functioning and cleaning of the windows. Answered my questions. All through this time through emails and phones, Maria was in contact with me who was very helpful and considerate. She will answer to every message you sent her. This team took care of me through a difficult time of having GreenON rebate being stopped. They completed the task and the paperwork before the end date. Thanks George and Kent. Waqar

Excellent Service I just had my home attic insulation topped up and the service was performed by 2 gentlemen - Blake and Attila. Upon arrival they greeted me, introduced themselves by name and went on to explain each step they were going to do. They then placed drop cloths from the door to the work area and went about their work with no drama. At the end, they took the added measure to cleanup, which I particularly appreciated as it is a gesture of delivering an exceptional Customer Excellence. I'm confident the other crews at this company are good but I felt it was necessary I shared the exceptional customer experience delivered by Blake and Attila. Well Done!
