We are an international family, thus we have internationally relocated at least 8 times in 8 different countries, thus I have experienced a lot of properties and property management not just in Canada but around the world Ashworth Properties offered me, a good balance between quality and price. We had great communication with Audrey and the minimum issues/needs we came across with, were immediately addressed by her. Very happy with our stay and highly recommended

Audrey is the most unprofessional and unreliable landlady you will ever come across. I have a lot of emails and texts messages I sent to her that were deliberately left unanswered. Every time I tried calling her to talk about our rental, she would never pick up. Our rental suite had many failing parts, the heater, a/c, furniture. We paid for the TV cable that never worked. Internet was garbage. She has yet to send the 400 security deposit back. Unless you like being ripped off, take this as a sign and move on to your next choice. You're welcome.

Worst rental unit I've ever had. Most of the furniture was in terrible shape and was very dusty. Air Conditioning was not working for half the Summer and Audrey did nothing about it even after emailing and messaging her multiple times. The internet was subpar and unreliable with frequent disconnections. The 400 deposit at the start of the lease was not returned, with no reply even after inquiring about it. Best to avoid, not worth the money. There are better rental suites out there.

Biggest mistake ever. Lesson learned. The rental was outdated, furnishings and fixtures were barely holding up when we first moved. The HVAC always had issues from the beginning. We intended on staying for 1 year but due to covid-19 we had to cut our rental period a month short. The last 3 months which was summer time were the worst because the A/C stopped working altogether. Flagged Audrey about this multiple times until she responded weeks after. Then the technician she sent to check out the problem, a man named Syed, had no idea what he was doing and was even asking us for assistance??? So we did not have A/C in the last months because Audrey refused to fix it even though it's part of what we've paid for. And to top it off, she hasn't sent back the deposit which is way past due at this point. Hope this helps you decide if you really should be supporting such a business. I'm sure you can find better accommodations else where!

The home was lovely and very clean and organized. Great locations to chose from. My family was very happy to be in a town house. We highly recommend Ashworth Properties!
