It could be better all around. But it's tough to compare because there isn't many other places like this except for the dealerships. There is a large variety of items. Shopping from a catalogue is your best bet. I don't understand the concept of no prices made available without asking someone to help. I appreciate FGI for being open during the Epidemic.

I working with this company for many years. Recommending for mechanics who work with heavy equipment, truck and trailers.
The lady who I asked for help in locating the product was rude. She was disinterested in helping me. But I persisted for help and was asked to pick a wrong product. At the counter the gentleman was kind enough to advise me the correct part. N.B: to the president or manager or whoever who is in charge of your employees: Please look into this matter seriously and discipline your employees to treat your valuable customers with respect. Your business exists because of your customers! Next when I come to your store I expect to be treated with respect. I would also like to meet with your manager.
Always best price, Best place for Truck parts... Please folks you can't expect every employee to memorize thousands of parts in the store , how about next time take a good stroll, look around a little closely and you will found the parts you are after...
Little bit of a mess, as always. Feels disorganized and not enough selections of products. Kind of like they don't know what is their market. Needs management change for sure.
