I was really impressed by the service I got from Fleet Optics. My package was delivered to my apartment while I was out and without a concierge or my buzzer hooked up to my phone, I wasn't able to buzz the delivery person in to drop it off at my door. Instead of coming back another day or leaving the package outside, the delivery person called me and ended up delivering my parcel to my office personally (where I was working at the time). He really went out of his way to deliver my package. During COVID times, it was above and beyond good customer service.

I received an email from Sephora, that my order was going to be delivered by FleetOptics. I panicked, because I’ve never heard of the company, but after reading reviews on google my stress decreased. This is why I’m review here now too, Bravo fleet. I refreshed my page on their website, with my tracking number and in detail it told me the approximate time when it should be. Arriving! Which never ever ever happens with any company, you’re just left the entire day waiting for a package. The driver called and rang my door bell to alert his arrival. Got my parcel no stress Love love love FleetOptics. My only critique is please come out with an app so I don’t have to keep typing in my tracking number. Not a big deal compared to the service I’ve received.
