The Project Manager, Jeff Simpson, was very helpful in walking us through the whole process from the beginning in bringing in crew to mitigate and assess the flood damage, up to the completion of the repairs. Professional and responsive throughout the claims and repair process. Would recommend for ease of mind.

FirstOnSite were absolutely professional. Having experienced a flood in my basement which totalled my furnace and water tank. FirstOnSite came within hours to evaluate the damage and organized a team to clean-up the mess plus they set me up with a HVAC specialist. I should mention that it was mid February so speed was of the essence. Big shout out to Taras and the crew for their responsiveness and amazing dedication. Much appreciated.
After a recent flood at my property FirstOnSite was able to attend over the weekend and start with the emergency services, that same day. Their team of highly trained and professional staff were able to remove the standing water, assess my contents and dry out my basement with expedited service. They prepared an estimate for the insurance company and were able to close out my claim in a timely manner. I am very thankful for dealing with my project manager, Mat chapman and their technicians who completed the tear out. I had significant water damage in my property in the middle of Dec and given the holidays, I thought I wouldn’t be able to get this property back on the rental market for months. Thanks to this team, I was able to be back up and running in Jan. They were on it.
